A history of Whitstable in Embroideries.

In 1993 a local embroidery group was formed & they have produced a work of 10 panels covering 1500 years of history.

Volunteer-run museum prides itself in telling the local stories of Diving, Fishing, Shipwrecks, Shipbuilding, Oysters and has one of the world’s oldest railway locomotive, Invicta, on display.

 

Open Thursday to Saturday only 10am - 4.30pm  

Free admission but donations encouraged.
